Mental Health Condition

Mental Health Condition

There are varying conditions covered under
the umbrella term of ‘mental health
’ including depression, anxiety, Alzheimer’s, Bi-Polar,
schizophrenia and manic depression.
The definition of a mental health condition is described
as an imbalance of psychological well being.
Often milder conditions are brought on
by changes in our daily routines, death of a family
member or friend, work stress or a combination of
stressful events. These events cause a chemical imbalance
in the brain which can result in an individual
needing medical intervention.
